This is the fourth part of my Bon Appetit series celebrating the life and legacy of my friend and mentor Julia Child whose 100th birthday would have been on August 15, 2012.

I spoke with Judith Jones, Julia’s long-time friend and editor in her home in NY. Don’t miss this interview with the woman who discovered Julia by publishing her first book, the seminal Mastering the Art of French Cooking.
