Hi Marion,
I work for a show on RogersTV called City Insider and I’m editing a piece on RECIPE FOR COMMUNITY and I was wondering if I could get a picture of you because Rahul mentioned that you in his interview and I’d love to put a face to the name.
Take care,
Andrea
Dearest Marion,
Your website is PURE DELIGHT!
SO lovely connecting with you yesterday at the film screening.
From one mild chocoholic to another, I am SO looking very forward to sharing some uber-yummy & unique GNAW Chocolate with you!
Shipment arrives Dec 2nd…and will hopefully clear customs very soon…so look for it by mid-December! Let me know the best place to deliver or drop off or even meet for coffee and a tasting
Blessings,
Elvira Hopper
Hi Elvira, Thank you so much for the compliment about my site. I try to keep it lively, colourful and informative — quality not quantity. Thank you also for the offer of GNAW chocolate from the U.K. That was fun the other night at the Revue screening of that brilliant doc Semisweet. I’ve seen it four times. It’s never boring and always makes me cry at the end.
Hi Marion,
I was listening to you on CBC’s “Fresh Air” program a few days ago and both you and the other guest talked about Christas turkey. I think it was you who said that you wrap your turkey in a cheesecloth soaked in butter and umm.…alcohol of some sort? I can’t remember, and I was driving and salivating, so I couldn’t write it down. The whole thing sounded gorgeous. Would you please tell me again about that method of doing a turkey? The whole shebang — not just the wrapping part of it. Thanks so much, in advance. I hope your holidays are wonderful!
Thanks a lot for your note. It was fun talking turkey on CBC’s fresh Air. The answers to your query are in the recipes section of this site. Check Ultimate Roast Turkey — you’ll love the results!
